WIDA Standards Overview Training Dates Summer/Fall 2015
The Indiana Department of Education is proud to partner with several local school districts, educational service centers, and universities to offer an additional round of WIDA standards overview trainings this summer and fall of 2015 across the state of Indiana. The no-cost trainings are open to any educator. The purpose of the trainings below is to provide: initial training to new and/or pre-service teachers initial training to current educators who have not received any training in the WIDA ELD standards framework review training for teachers who have already received some WIDA training The IDOE is planning further WIDA professional development opportunities during the 2015-2016 school year for educators who wish to receive additional WIDA training at a greater level of depth and breadth.
