• Each entrant may submit up to 3 photographs. • All entries should be submitted electronically. • NO mailng of the photos. • Entries should be submitted to:
[email protected] in highest resolution up to a maximum file size of 24MB. • Entries must be submitted no later than November 4th, 2016 by 12:00am. • Each entry must include photographers name, email address, phone number, mailing address, photo caption, type of equipment used (if possible) and any additional notes about photography. • Photo may be black and white or color.

Rules & Restricitions Eligibility: All photographs must be taken during a performance day from the 2016 season. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Copyright: All photos submitted to the Mid-America Festivals, Inc. must be the legal property of the person submitting the image.Entrant agrees to indemnify Mid America Festivals, Inc. for any alleged copyright infringements. Entrant will assume all liabilities and pay all costs to defend an action based directly or indirectly on copyright law including, but not limited to, court costs, attorney fees, settlements, and judgments. Usage Rights: same ownership and/or management team) the right to publish or reproduce submitted photo(s), along with your name, location, type of photographic equipment used (if available) on any Mid-America website, printed materials, newsletter and other social networking channels, without fee or compensation. Mid-America Festivals, Inc. may use submitted photographs for commercial and promotional purposes.
