□
AP courses can help students to maximize their learning opportunities and better prepare them for college and future careers.
PASS Practices and Skills for Success ● Teach and refine the academic literacy, reading, and writing skills that support success in AP classes. ● Students with an interest in academic achievement but have NOT YET experienced an accelerated classroom; ● Students who typically earn scores in the “B” range and are willing to work toward the “A.” ● Students who are concerned about the rigor of the AP coursework and would like a low-risk “test run” *Incoming 9th graders who have already had success in GATE programs likely have the prerequisite skills needed for AP rigor and pacing and would not need to enroll in this course.*
We look forward to seeing you at your appointment on March 5th. Please complete all registration steps prior to your arrival and bring your signed COURSE SELECTION SHEET.
Enjoy your time at Woodcreek High School and take advantage of the wealth of educational, athletic, leadership, career, and elective opportunities open to you. . .
...you only have four years! EVERY STUDENT, EVERY DAY… IT’S THE WOODCREEK WAY!!
