EARLY ARRIVAL BEFORE TIME LISTED WILL RESULT IN A $10 ADDITIONAL FEE. Location: Historic Flat Rock, NC at BonClarken, Presbyterian Conference Center Only 4 miles from Hendersonville and 45 minutes from Greenville. Room Rates: BonClarken’s room rate is $99/night and includes all tax and fees. Rooms accommodate up to 4 people. Fire codes do not allow more than 4 people.
Deposit Information: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to hold your spot by August 30th. Consultants have only 40 spots each to sale and spots are sold on first come/first serve basis. Your name will NOT be put on the list until the deposit is in your Consultant’s hand, so please don’t ask. Roommates are encouraged to register at the same time or risk not getting a spot. All others wishing to attend will be placed on a Waiting List. Waiting List Deposits will be held until accepted or returned if spots do not open up. A follow-up letter/email will be sent out with final payment dates and a confirmation of your spot.
