Sessions offered on Saturday: Seven Stairs to Experiencing More of Christ:

1. Develop a daily walk – with God that takes you to a greater intimacy with Christ. Intimacy with Christ is God’s window for growth, empowerment, and mission. (John 17:3) 2. Position your life on an ongoing basis to allow God to sift and align- you see those areas of your life that separate you from God brought under the Lordship of Christ. This opens your life to God’s full power and filling of the Holy Spirit. (Ps. 1:2-3; 5:3; Eph. 5:1314; Joshua 1:9) Pastor James Fisher 3. Respond to God’s leading in obedience- Obedience opens your life to the full power and work of Christ. (John 14: 15-16, 21) Pastor Ken Tan 4. Understand and live in God’s purpose- so that you can not only bring glory to God, but also be fruitful for His purpose. (John 17:4) Pastor Billy Houze 5. Seek to know God’s will for your life- receive what He desires of you, and then invest your life in God’s will so you are used for His kingdom purpose. (Eph. 5: 15-17; 1 Thess. 2 : 11-12) 6. Enter into an accountability relationship- with another follower of Christ who will encourage, support, and help you grow. (Eccl. 4:9-10; Prov. 27:17) Pastor Les Howell 7. Die to self- the cycle of many Christians is that increased blessings bring more reliance and focus on self and less focus on God. It is constant activity of daily dying to self and living for God. (Deut. 8:10-14; Ps.106: 13; Gal. 2:20; Luke 9:23-24)
