Supplemental Table 4. The complete list of proteins pulled down by tagged LeishIF4G3.The table shows the proteins that were pulled down with the SBP-tagged LeishIF4G3 and further analyzed by LC-MS/MS. The relative abundance of the proteins is represented by peptide peak areas and relative PAF values. The latter were determined by normalizing the peptide count of each protein to its molecular weight. The relative PAF was calculated for each protein by normalization to the PAF value of the bait protein. Proteins represented by less than two peptides were not included. All values were subjected to background substraction using the peptide count from a mock purification with a cell line expressing the tagged luciferase protein
