What is an adjunct? What is an appendix? Is an adjunct an appendix? Is an appendix adjunct? An evolutionary organ? A peripheral body? An auxiliary workforce? We are artists and teachers doing valuable work with underwhelming support from the institutions we serve. This exhibition seeks to give voice, time, and space to the Adjunct Faculty within the College of Visual Performing Arts. We are the new faculty majority in this country, and one third of the faculty at Syracuse University.
