Question 3 Identify and discuss some of the methods used to establish internal equity of pay structures and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each method. (20 marks)

From all indications the issue may be heading for the Industrial Court of Trinidad and Tobago. Discuss the impact (pros and cons) of union recognition on the Ministry of Education’s ability to develop a compensation package that is advantageous to the organization. (20 marks)
