Appendix G: TESTING SERVICES: 1.

Contractor will appoint and employ services of an independent firm to perform testing. Contractor shall include such services in the Base Bid.

2.

A certified written report of each inspection, test or similar service shall be submitted by the independent firm to Government Contracting Officer and IAP representative, indicating observations and results of tests and indicating compliance or non-compliance with Contract Documents. The Government will not accept any project or part thereof until successful test results have been submitted.

3.

Re-testing required because of non-conformance to specified requirements shall be performed by the same independent firm on instructions by Government Contracting Officer. The Contractor will not receive additional compensation for any retests.

4.
