1. A pplicant must be enrolled in a local high school or in an accredited home-school program. 2. A pplicant must be a resident of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, or Sonoma county. 3. Previous first-prize winners are not eligible.
