Go to BlueRidgeEnergy.com and click on My Account to access your member account.
Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see the Member Portal. This area has a new look, but features all the same helpful information as before, plus a powerful tool to help you save energy and money. Simply click Launch Energy Advisor or EA Dashboard from the left menu to get started.
The Energy Advisor Dashboard view provides a quick look at your important billing and energy history, along with detailed information.
Bill History shows a comparison of your monthly bills in table or graph form. By clicking the detail tabs, you can compare average cost per day, the number of billing days for each bill, and weather data.
The Bill Analysis provides a detailed bill comparison and notes. You can also print a Summary Report for your records.
Be sure to fill out your Home Profile to customize the data and recommendations for your home.
Click on My Savings Plan to get started lowering your bill today. You’ll see a summary under My Home that prompts you to set an energy-savings goal and shows you potential savings. This section also features a comparison of energy bills from other homes in your community.
Next you’ll explore Ways to Save by choosing a theme that best suits your needs based on the amount of time and money you want to commit.
Once a theme is selected, you’ll be given Ways to Save with potential savings amounts assigned to each action. You can select the ones you want to accomplish and total savings will be calculated as you go. You can change your savings goal, theme and home profile at any time.
