In order for our auction to run smoothly, we ask that you abide by the following rules: 1.
With every bid, indicate your full name, the lot #, and your bid amount.
2. The winning bidder will confirm by immediately e-mailing Tony Vanderpool at
[email protected] with the lot#in the subject line and your name and bid price in the message body.
We suggest printing these pages and keeping them handy the evening of the auction to Terms of Sale: 1. Money orders preferred. For personal checks, seeds will not be mailed for two (2) weeks in order to allow time for the check to clear. Payments are to be made out to SOGPG and mailed to Tony Vanderpool, 868 Shepherd Road, Frankfort, OH 45628. 2.
Seeds will be shipped via US Postal Service with a Delivery Confirmation Receipt.
3. The SOGPG will not guarantee the germination of seeds shipped. To our knowledge, all of the seeds appear to be solid seeds, and all sales are final.
