Automated and Intelligent Procedure for Obstacle Identification on Railway Track Dr.Raginee Tripathi [email protected] Sharda Mahavidyalay Sarlanagar, Maihar, Satna, MP

ABSTRACT My innovative idea behind this procedure approach presents the systematic construction of an Intelligent Video supervision Panel, based on range image calibration and channel reservation for message passing that deployed in train tracking environments; where automated and intelligent obstacle object identification or unwanted events identification is very necessary for prevention of railway accidents. Intelligent video inspection panel has emerged as a very important topic of research in the field of computer vision in the recent years. Automatic detection and recognition of obstacle objects has a prime importance for railway security systems and video surveillance applications in traffic controlling areas. This systematic approach is based on moving object classification and unwanted obstacles tracking algorithm for activity identification efficiently and also provide a healthy arithmetical and messaging activity framework based on support vector machine used for modeling tricks and GRMAC application for driver safety in vehicles that will help to produce warning message. INTRODUCTION

In this procedure I am trying to explain my study from bottom to top about video surveillance, and it‟s widely used application for identification of known and unknown objects. There are lots of things to know about surveillance. Video surveillance is a key component of many organization‟s protection and security group from a decade. As an application, video surveillance has established its value and benefits by:    

Given real-time monitoring of the surroundings, people, and assets Recording events for subsequent investigation, proof of conformity or audit purposes Monitoring the execution process for production, assembling and other financial transactions. Provide the accurate faults at the time of unwanted activities.

The motive behind this review of video surveillance is „to find a path to monitor railway

track‟s faults, so that the railway accidents can me monitor and try to overcome them. There are lots of well suited literature available for an extensive range of applications such as to monitor activities at traffic intersections for detecting congestions, and then predict the traffic flow which assists in regulating traffic or detecting railway route unwanted accidental causes, and can take prevention by the driver of trains. Automated and intelligent video surveillance addresses real time inspection of people and vehicles within a busy environment can assist help for handling peoples. Video surveillance applications have long been in use to monitor the security in sensitive areas. Moving object identification is the prime step for further analysis of video frames. Generally used technique for object detection consists:  Background classification and Subtraction from frames,  Statistical Models regarding movement of the object,  Temporal Differencing  Optical Flow.

Due to dynamic environmental situation such as illumination changes frequently, shadows and wavy effects due to tree‟s twigs, it is a difficult and significant problem that needs to be handled well for a healthy visual surveillance application system. There are two major basis approaches towards moving obstacle object detection which are:  Shape-based Object Identification Methods.  Motion-based Activity Identification Methods. An intelligent transportation system is proposed [1] to integrate information and communication technologies into vehicles and transport infrastructure to improve vehicular safety. To accelerate the commercialization of intelligent transportation system, a series of wireless aerial image analysis schemes for vehicular environments especially for trains, are proposed that are integrated

form of various existing methods like Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing, Multiple-Input Multiple-Output, Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access, Wireless Mesh Networks, Medium Access Control Protocol, Adaptive Modulation and Coding etc. These schemes, however, still suffer from multiple collisions of emergent messages in controlling channels, resulting in a driver may not receive emergent messages in time. If the channel reservation policy is adopted for messaging and that works with integrated API for obstacle or event identification. This API develops group reservation medium access control to minimize the collisions of sprouting messages in vehicular environments and thereby increase the availability of emergent messages within time and driver can take preventions before accidental and crime spot.

A-Overview about the need of identification of railway route obstacles ----------------

In the above figures(1a,1b,1c), I am trying to explain unwanted object on the way of train‟s upto certain distance. In my further part of investigation, I will try to explain how quickly the proposed innovative algorithm will identify the obstacle on the railway track and can be also warn to the driver using message alarm tone. Presently, there is a big problem regarding the safety in railway journey. Not a single passenger is sure about the self life with in 100 km railway journey. I am very much sure about railway police security in coaches and on stations, they are highly secure; But, I am helpless about the safety due railway tracks, misleading train running on same track; Fracture on rail way tracks etc, because no one is protecting the railway track. Methodology In my innovative idea drivers can track our railway lines digitally or with the help of Range imaging cameras and calibration panel. Application system will warn to drivers at the moments of any inconsistency and then drivers can visualize the wide view of track and can take the decision of the power brake. In my innovation there is no recording is needed for further inquiry so that storage devices are not much needed.

In railway journey it is a big issue that HOW TO PREVENT RAILWAY ACCIDENTS DUE TO PROBLEM ON TRACKS. Every passenger is needed the security regarding railway tracks. Thus, I am sure that my innovative idea will give lots of satisfaction of many passengers, if it will implement successfully and applied with fast running trains. In India railway tracks are not much secure; this system would be a mile stone that can prevent our railway and the important life of many passengers. It has highest utilities for railway department of globe Feasibility of Implementation of the Proposed Innovation There are only three basic modules needed, so the implementation and integration process is not a big issue for the Indian technologists. 1. FIRST: - Range Imaging Camera based structure for calibration. 2. SECOND: - Integrated Device, implemented with matching algorithms, that can match the frame selected by calibration with the existing policy and efficiently the system will warn to the driver group. 3. THIRD: - An output screen, where drivers can visualize the wide view of railway track.

Dr.Raginee. Int. Journal of Engineering Research and Application ISSN : 2248-9622, Vol. 7, Issue 12, ( Part -1) December 2017, pp.00-00 Since all devices are not very costly and not having the impossible implementation. Thus, I can say the integration and implementation of the proposed procedure is very feasible and also very realistic because it will have not been needed to change in running structure. So it is well suited for the railway department of India or many more countries and also very helpful for the railway passengers. How the Existing Infrastructure of Railway Department is Integrated with the Proposed Innovation Since my innovative idea is not needed automation with the existing railway structure. Thus I am very sure if only one problem (R.n.D. with one extra device) will get success, and then there is not a single issue that can create integration problem. There are 3 separate panels which have not effect from existing infrastructure. They all are separating modules, needed only installation in each train, like a simple TV screen with setting box. So I think this is not very difficult for a well esteemed and organized department of Indian government. There is only one big issue i.e. to develop a device that can work according to the proposed algorithm. If newly

To calibrate and make match of the interested frame with the existing criteria‟s, the calibration process and fixation with criteria‟s needs many more pieces of information regarding: 1. Color frame to Binary frame Convertor module: that can also considerably enhance the digital cameras outcome, across multiple areas of biology, aiming to quantify mammals, animals and plant visual signals. 2. Railway track Tracking Tool and Variation Analysts Tool based on spectrometric analysis. 3. Obstacle or Event Detector Toolbox. 4. Coordinator Tool with Message passing procedure.

implemented device will work properly and timely fashion, then integration with existing infrastructure is surely possible.  For Capturing: Range Imaging Cameras is ready.  For Display: LED devices are ready.  For Warning: Message protocols are ready.  There is only one extra device is needed that will handle with matching process and algorithmic steps. Technical Design for implementation Currently I have not range imaging camera and other devices so I will explain all the parts of the procedure using any real time recording camera like in hand held mobile device. To access an image from any real time recording device for analysis and investigation, the acquisition process needs several pieces of information regarding: 1. Name of adapter 2. Device ID 3. Video format 4. Interested Frame Selector Device

applications. Global motion compensation approaches, a popular existing technique, aims at compensating the moving background for moving target segmentation. However, it suffers from inaccurate global motion parameters estimation. The problem of video object detection under dynamic scene using inter frame co-relation based histogram is considered in [10]. The mechanism behind the dynamic scene is assumed to be due to illumination variation and influential of the trees and leaf. Many algorithms have been proposed to deal with this type of situation. But the major drawback in most of them is misclassified object and background area. For wireless message forwarding [3] proposed by Tan Zhang, Aakanksha Chowdhery et. al., also have an application usable for messaging passing for drivers

In [2] Moving object detection in dynamic scenes based on optical flow and super pixels is III. CONCLUSION AND FUTURE SCOPE proposed by Xiuzhi Li and Chuanluo Xu. Moving Although, I am not explaining the complete object finding under a highly dynamic background is and clear process behind the my innovative idea, but a severe challenge in real-time computer vision I know very well, If the implementation of my idea is

I am trying to implement this procedure and working on to design an API for transportation vehicles that carry a crowd of huge passengers, so that in near future speed enhanced new vehicle will be equipped with the visualization panel, which will help to identify various obstacles on the way and will also help for driver to protect the life of many passengers using warning tone.
