Bargaintown Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions 1. The winner of the Bargaintown Instagram Giveaway will receive prizes as determined by Bargaintown Ltd. 2. Entry to the Bargaintown Instagram Giveaway is gained via following, liking, tagging and commenting on Instagram, comment must include hashtag #bargaintown, comment must be posted on the post Bargaintown Instagram Giveaway on Bargaintown Instagram profile by midnight May 3rd 2018. 3. You must be over 18 years of age to enter the Bargaintown Instagram Giveaway and you must be a resident in the Republic of Ireland. Bargaintown reserves the right to request proof of a winner’s identity, age and address. In the event that a prize winner cannot provide us with proof of identity and age reasonably acceptable to us, we may withdraw the prize and select another prize winner. 4. Bargaintown reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that we believe any winner has contravened these Terms and Conditions. 5. No purchase is necessary. 6. Bargaintown will randomly select one winner from those that have followed Bargaintown Instagram profile, liked and commented on the Giveaway post on Bargaintown Instagram profile before midnight on May 3rd 2018. 7. Each winner must then respond to the notifications as instructed by Bargaintown within 2 business days. If winner do not respond to our notifications within 2 business days then that winner will forfeit all rights and entitlement to the prize and another winner will be selected at random. Winner will be drawn on May 4th 2018. Winner will be announced on the Bargaintown Facebook page, Bargaintown Royal Liver Facebook page and on the Bargaintown Instagram Profile. 8. Upon notification, winner will be required to provide a valid postal address. Prizes are delivered by Bargaintown Ltd in Dublin and greater Dublin area. For delivery outside our delivery range winner will have to organizes its own transport. At this point it becomes the responsibility of the recipient to arrange for the delivery and/or collection or delivery of their prize. 9. Any person entering the Bargaintown Instagram Giveaway will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and all entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Only one entry per person is permitted per Social Media Profile. Anyone found to be using multiple accounts to enter will be deemed ineligible to enter the Bargaintown Instagram Giveaway. If a person enters through both social media profiles they will only be eligible to win one prize.
16. Any tax liability arising from the award of any prize will be the responsibility of the winner of the prize. It is advisable that the winner seeks independent tax advice upon acceptance of the prize. 17. There are certain things for which Bargaintown does not accept any liability to you. Bargaintown will not be responsible for and will have no liability in connection with) acts, omissions and occurrences beyond Bargaintown’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: a) any postponement or cancellation of the prize, b) any changes to prizes or the way in which they can be used c) damage loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize d) problems with the allotment or dispatch of prizes (such as prizes failing to reach the intended recipient) and e) any act omission or default of any third party supplier.
