August Schells, Chimney Sweep –New Ulm, MN $6 Dark and mysterious, with an intriguing wisp of smoke, a chimney sweep has long been considered a source of good luck. Schell’s Chimney Sweep draws its inspiration from these lucky individuals and the rich dark lagers of Upper Franconia in Germany. Expect a black lager with a roasty maltiness, sturdy hop bitterness and an underlying subtle smokiness.

Brasserie Dupont, Saison Dupont Cuvée Dry Hopping – TorpesLeuze, Belgium $10 Featuring the famous Triskel hop varietal from Alsace. Triskel is bred from the French Strissespalt and English Yeoman hops. Dupont’s master brewer, Oliver Dedeycker, describes it as “combining the aromatic notes, mainly floral, of Strisselspalt with the fruity character of Yeoman.” The unusual name, Triskel, was apparently inspired by triskelion, the symbol of the Gauls, those beer drinking ancestors of the French, which represents the three elements: Earth, Air and Water. 6.5% ABV Served in: Tulip

Crazy Mountain, Scenic Route Kolsch – Vail Valley, Colorado $6 This beer utilizes a unique strain of yeast that gives it a very distinct flavor profile. Light straw color and a very balanced crispness is followed by a slight sweetness. 5% ABV Served in: Stange

Crazy Mountain, Tequila Barrel-Aged Lava Lake Wit – Vail

Valley, CO $9 This Ale is Crazy Mountain’s take on a classic Belgian Wit Beer. To make this beer unique, they add un-malted wheat, rolled oats, two varieties of classic European hops, chamomile, curacao orange peel, coriander, grains of paradise, and a rare yeast strain from the Old Country. This is a beer that can be enjoyed year-round, whether on the slopes on a beautiful bluebird day, or lazily fly fishing in Lava Lake. This tasty version of Lava Lake is aged in Tequila barrels. 5.2% ABV Served in: Snifter, Oversized wine glass

Duvel, Single – Breendonk-Purrs, Belgium $8 This is the draught beer known variously as Duvel Green/Draught. It is most commonly available in the US and UK, but not in Belgium. The tradition of holiday brews has its origins in the Middle Ages when spices were commonly used instead of hops to add flavor and medicinal qualities to beer. The style re-emerged in the early 1900s in the northern countries of Western Europe when local brewers began creating specialty holiday brews for their favored patrons. Lake Monster, Calhoun Claw Pilsener - Minneapolis, MN $6

Rush River, Unforgiven Amber - River Falls, WI $6

Inspired by the classic lagers of Bohemia, our Pilsener has a crisp body balanced by a quick snap of refreshing bitterness. Brewed with a blend of Czech and American hops, this beer is full of flavor but still easy drinking. 5.4% ABV Served in: Pilsener glass

Millstream, Pilsner – Amana, IA $7 Pilsner is simple, and yet complex. Its not easy to make a beer pure enough to really let the hops stand out, but that is the goal of pilsner. Millstream uses Czech Saaz hops that are a delight to the senses and impart an arousing aroma and satisfying flavor. Morland, Old Speckled Hen– Bury St. Edmonds, Edmonds ENG $7 Cask version was first brewed in 1979 by Morland Brewery to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the MG car factory in Abingdon. The name comes from the MG factory’s works car - the gold speckled MG Featherweight Fabric Saloon, affectionately known as the Ol’ Speckl’d ’Un. 5.2% ABV Served in: Pint glass, Stein

New Belgium, Accumulation White I.P.A. – Ft. Collins, CO $6

Rush River, Small Ax Golden Ale - River Falls, WI $6 This is Rush River’s own version of the classic hefeweizen style with a Midwest twist. Brewed with white wheat from Wisconsin, this blonde ale is lively and fresh. The brewers engineered this wheat ale to appeal to those favoring a lighter beer. Triple Karmeliet -Buggenhout, Belgium $8 This is a sophisticated and complex gold to bronze colored beer. Unibroue, Trios Pistoles– Chambly, Quebec, Canada $7 Strong Belgian type ale similar to a Port wine wine! Is as dark as can be, mellow in taste with an aroma of ripe fruits. It can be compared to an old porto and is brewed from well roasted malt. 9% ABV Served in: Tulip, Snifter
