Wastewater Cleaners for 2-200 persons Usable for cleaning communal wastewater from daily 200 liters to 15 m3s on the spot. It spares you cost and unpleasantness of shipment of wastewater in non-seweraged regions. The 9098% cleaned wastewater is usable for water flushing of closet, sprinkling of ornamentals, watering of root zone or it can be run off to a garden pond. Authorized device group type SC 4-50 consist of a stainless steel tank and an external blower. Number of building trade technological authority called ÉME at National Water Conservation Directorate: É-020/2006. Mechanical filtration and biological cleaning befall in separated spaces of the stainless steel tank by the aid of power and oxygen content of instreaming air. In the view from above there is the threezoned wastewater cleaning technology: denitrification section at the bottom, oxidation zone on the top and separation unit in the middle.

After installation of wastewater cleaner just the stainless steel edge bordered openable top cover is visible on ground surface.

Structure material of device is stainless steel of a DIN 1.4571 quality. An elastic membrane ensures the fine-bubble aeration at the bottom of basins.

With a controller switch equipped blower in a separate room gives the necessary air for technology.

SC type wastewater treatment plants offer solution for seweraged townships. These treatment plants are suited for mechanical and biological cleaning together with chemical phosphorus removal of daily 10200 m3 communal wastewater. SC type treatment plants offer solution to seweraged towns. These plants are suited for mechanical and biological cleaning together with chemical phosphorus removal of daily 200 – 1200 m3 communal wastewater. We also offer possibility of cleaning industrial wastewater mixed with communal wastewater. Operation of the plant can be fully automatic – excluding the sludge dewatering.

Night duty is solvabe by developing a modem connection instead of computer control. More oxidation and separation units work parallel therefore investment can progress fractionally and further on expansion of system is amount to specific savings. In the course of operation in case of load oscillation more oxidation tanks result in saving appreciable energy cost and respectively maintenance working do not disease.

A fine-bubble aeration system works in front of the light-structural operator building. Railings and walkways are made of hot galvanized carbon steel.

An automatic screw screen do the mechanical treatment of incoming raw wastewater. It is supposed to keep away biological nontreatable materials from the plant.

In a separate room with sound-proof box equipped heavy duty blowers supply air to the technology of the wastewater treatment plant.

Separation and leading off biological treated wastewater and active sludge are task of the stainless steel made separation units.

Dewatering of excess sludge is task of the belt press. Dry matter of sludge which conveyor belt delivers to spooler container is over 20%.

An electric switchbox does automation and phasing of machines and devices. With module GSM it sends system messages to the operator.
