Research Subject Orchid Cluster Ratchaburi Group • High Potential Cluster in Cluster development process • The cluster was established 10 years ago in a bid to increase production quality for export markets. • Comprising 11 farms with a combined plantation area of 340 rai, it exports 10 million Baht worth of orchids each year.

• No chatting without friendship – Fun and Joy approach
• Magic number of 10 – Group stay in touch and sustain longer if the number of member is 10 (+/-)

• Virtual spaces – Learning Most by Looking not Reading – Computer Literacy is stills main obstacle.
