CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TENDER NOTICE ‘PROCUREMENT OF COMPUTERIZED PAYROLL STATIONERY' THROUGH TENDER REQUIRED FOR IT DIRECTORATE-CDA Capital Development Authority intends to procure computerized payroll stationery through tender:

No. 0244927201000645) amounting to Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) non- refundable, from the office of Cash Branch, Information Technology Directorate, CDA, Main CDA Office, Block III, G-7/4, Islamabad during office hours before the closing date. Signed tender documents will be issued on showing original pay order/ demand draft amounting to Rs.20,000/- in the name of CDA as bid bond/earnest money. The tenders from authorized distributors/Suppliers (having a NTN & GST registration certificate) will be accepted. Firms / companies blacklisted by government agencies / banks / autonomous bodies need not apply. Sealed tender bids will be received and opened on [November 22, 2013] at 12:00 pm by Director IT, CDA in his office located at Main CDA Office, Block III, G-7/4, Islamabad. The tenders will be received till 1130 hrs on [November 22, 2013] and will be opened on same day at 1200 hrs in Director-IT Office. The bidders or their authorized representatives must remain present at the time of opening of tender and sign the tender register. Tender documents will not be available for sale on date of opening of tender. CDA reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all tenders/proposals at any time prior to acceptance of a tender or proposal.
