5% value back is valid only on payments made via American Express Card on Croma Retail Stores. The offer is also valid on Croma Online stores www.cromaretail.com. The offer is only valid from 17th October -19th October, 2017, both days inclusive. The value back will be provided in the form of Croma Gift Card at the time of billing itself. On closure of the sale, cashier will redeem Rs. 1 per Card on the same invoice. The Croma Gift Card requires to be activated and process to activate it is as under: Cardmember to send SMS from his mobile to 7200666000 with the 16 digit Croma gift card number to Croma to activate the Gift Card. SMS format: GCACT Post SMS is sent, customer will get a SMS from Croma stating “Thank you for your confirmation. You will receive 5% or maximum Rs. 2,000 value back in your Croma Gift Card post 72 hours.” The gift card will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of transaction. Cardmember should send the request SMS to activate within 15 days of receipt of the Gift Card post which no enquiries or request towards activation would be entertained. For Online transactions, the Card members would receive activated eGift Card within 72 hours after completion of delivery and it would be sent to customers registered email id. The Gift Cards are non-transferable and will not be re-issued in case expired/ lost. The offer is only valid on transactions on & above Rs.15, 000. Maximum Value back per Card is Rs. 2,000 during the offer period. The offer is only valid from 17th October -19th October, 2017, both days inclusive. The Cardmember will receive a voucher worth Rs. 3,000 on a minimum purchase of Rs. 50,001. The voucher can be redeemed on the next purchase of a minimum transaction value of Rs. 15,000. The offer is only applicable on diamond jewellery purchase. The offer is applicable till 29th October 2017. The voucher is valid from 1st November to 31st December 2017. The offer is over and above ongoing offers at Orra. The American Express Cardmembers can avail of this offer as per value of each transaction. The offer is valid on Orra retail stores only. The Voucher will be handed over to the Cardmembers at the time of purchase In case of any query, Cardmember to present the charge slip/ receipt that the offer was availed. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. The voucher must be presented at the time of next purchase. Any claim, without the original voucher shall be invalid.
