THE COMMVAULT® EDUCATION ADVANTAGE CUSTOMER PORTAL We are pleased to present our new Education Advantage Portal. With our global customers’ education satisfaction in mind, we have completed a significant design and development effort to streamline processes, activities, and interactions with CommVault Education Services. For each customer, “My Education Advantage” (“My EA”) houses a customer profile and associated learning assets —historical education information (role assessment score, completed courses and completed certifications) and a role-based roadmap of scheduled courses and certifications to meet career goals. The easy-to-use portal simplifies record-keeping by allowing customers to access personal learning information and register for classes, in one place. During each EA visit, customers can: 1.
Assess their role skill-level, as compared to other customers

Keep track of educational accomplishments and information
3.
Download and register for courses
4.
Access the “Tip of the Week”
5.
Keep abreast of upcoming events and important announcements
The following pages include a summary of the Education Advantage Portal features. Also contained is a a home page screen with blue captions that highlight navigational links to important EA features.
HOW TO ACCESS EDUCATION ADVANTAGE PORTAL Customers To access the EA portal, visit https://ea.commvault.com/. Any customer with a current Maintenance Advantage login and password can use those credentials to login to Education Advantage. If a Maintenance Advantage login and password is not available, customers can create an Education Advantage login and password. All customers who visit the portal and share their comments about EA and/or Education Services are eligible to enter our “Give Us Your Feedback” drawing to win a $50 American Express Gift Checque* (contest rules apply) The Education Services’ team values customer feedback and will act on the input to continuously deliver the best education solutions.

CommVault's Certification Program validates expertise and advanced knowledge in topics, including CommVault Core Fundamentals, Implementation and Maintenance, Preparing for Disaster Recovery and more advanced Specialist and Master technologies.
The Courses area allows students to see education options that are optimal for their role and products installed. They can view the list of global courses and schedules and eLearning modules, and register for courses at convenient facilities.
Helps global students quickly plan and execute their education path from one place. Saves time and effort.
Region
Gives global students a view of their regional catalog with details for all training products—see details and link to upcoming sessions and registration for each Instructor-Led course, eLearning module and Online Certification Exam.
Presents list of only those courses offered in the selected region. Saves time.
Upcoming Sessions
Within the appropriate region, students can see courses by date and city. It also specifies the number of seats available and the price of the course. From here, students can register for classes at a convenient facility and provide payment details.

Based on the student’s specified role in the EA Profile (or a new one entered in) and the Simpana software installed, a list of education options is displayed.
