COURAGE Whether you are a teacher, mentor, boss, school leader, captain of a team, parent or some other type of leader, we all have to deal with challenges to courage. Worry and fear can be toxic to any group. How, as a leader, do you approach fear when you see that it is starting to affect a person who looks to you for guidance or a group of which you are a part? How have you been able to convey your vision in a way that inspires others and calls upong courage and trust? What mistakes or successes did you have?
