Description of the songs: This will make it easier to see if each song will work for your crowd.

Bloodhound Gang - Bad Touch This song never fails to fill my dance floor. There's nothing like sexual innuendos. Mighty Dub Kats - Magic Carpet Ride (Original Version) This is my absolute favorite dance song. The CD is out of print so it is really hard to find. Please let me know if you find this version on a compilation. Parliament Funkadelic - Tear the Roof Off (Give up the Funk) The funk in this song drives you to dance. Grandmaster Flash & Melle Mel - White Lines (Don't do it) This song works very well with the over thirty crowd. Rihanna - Don't stop the music This is a new addition this year. I like to put the new finds in front of the mix. Shiny Toy Guns - Le Disco This was last years new find. It is now a regular and still in the top of the list. Madonna - Music Madonna rules the dance floor. She is at the top of her game with this song. Fat Boy Slim - Praise You This is a goofy song with an even goofier video. It just works. Santana - Smooth (Featuring Rob Thomas) This song has a sexy beat. Beastie Boys - Intergalactic I don't know what it is about this song but I just love it. I think it's because you can dance silly to it. Benny Benassi - Satisfaction If you have guest that like to go to clubs they will recognize this one. The song is awesome. Rihanna - Umbrella (Seamus Haji & Paul Emanual Club Remix) Another awesome song from Rihanna. On Page 139 there's a picture of my friend Jeri dancing to this with a huge black umbrella that I handed her. Just Jack - Starz in their Eyes If you have a club crowd, keep going with this one or put it further back in the mix. It's a good song with a bit of a bounce. Kelly Osbourne - One Word (CC Radio Edit) This is a hell of a dance song. Way to go Kelly. Blue Boy - Sure is Pure (Radio Edit) I challenge you to find an easier song to dance to. Salt-N-Pepa - Shoop This song is really fun to dance with, especially if people know the words. Depeche Mode - Personal Jesus This song gets the people on the floor at my parties. 2 Many DJ's- As Heard on Radio Soulwax pt 2 This whole CD kick's ass. It is long though. I usually swap it out after about 20 minutes. Tom Jones & Mousse T - Sexbomb (Peppermint Jam Remix) The video for this was all over the TV on a trip to Europe. Tom Jones Rules! Aaron Smith featuring Luvili - Dancin' (Radio Edit) I heard this song in the dentist chair on Nitrous. It was pretty cool but surprisingly just as cool normal. Plus it has the words dancin' right in the song. Madonna - Impressive Instant I love dancing to this song. It's like nothing I've heard. This is my friend Steff and my song. Deee-Lite - Groove is in the Heart This song never gets old. Plus I think my friend looks sexy dancing to it. AC-DC - Back in Black Yes AC-DC should be in your dance mix. Their roots are in the Blues. The beat works on the dance floor. Plus it kicks ass.

Men Without Hats - The Safety Dance In High School I was very aware that I was too skinny. That made it very uncomfortable for me to dance. Standing on the side of the floor I always felt like crap when I heard the line, "We can dance if we want to. We can leave your friends behind. Cause your friends don't dance and if they don't dance we'll they’re no friends of mine". When I got older I realized that no one cares what you look like when you dance. Now I bounce around like a fool to this song and feel good about it. Dexy's Midnight Runners - Come on Eileen I've always liked this song but I fell in love with it in Barcelona. I was in a club at 3:00 AM with my brother and my father. The place was packed. People were having fun dancing but when this song came everyone was on the floor. You could feel the club shake with all the bouncing. David Bowie - Let's Dance I always follow up Come on Eileen with this song. It keeps the people on the floor. Blur - Girls & Boys The song is fun all around. Plus it offends some people so it has that going for it. Justin Timberlake & Timbaland - SexyBack The women love Justin. He needs to be in your mix. Oingo Boingo - Gratitude This is a fun bouncy song from the 80's. Anita Ward - Ring my Bell You should always have a few 70's hits in your mix. Crystal Waters - Price is Right (Techno Mix) This is a must for any Bob Barker fan. Bodyrockers- I Like the way you Move Good sexy song. Madonna - Hung Up Madonna sampling ABBA how can you go wrong? Dead or Alive - You Spin me Right Round ( Like a Record) An awesome high energy song from the 80's

Tones on Tails - Go This song sums up dancing in the 80's. Grab your skinny tie and hit the floor. The Smiths - Ask This is a good song to dance silly and sexy too. Gorilla - Feel Good Inc. This song has a good base line with lyrics that sound like they are coming out of a bull horn. It's about eight songs in one. Eiffel 65 - Move your Body This is a great song for a liquored up crowd. It is one of the club songs that anyone will like. Bob Marley - Sun is Shining (Remix by BNM Corp) This is a nice mellow dance song. It's good for the late crowd. Audio Bullys featuring Nancy Sinatra - Shot You Down Another good song for the late crowd. Arrested Development - Tennessee This song makes me question if I really am white. What a fun song to dance to. Rednex - Cotton Eye Joe (Madcow Mix) This song brings the country into the city in the best way. Eiffel 65 - Blue (Da Ba Dee) It has been long enough for people to forget that this song was played to death. You will soon realize why it was. Frankie Goes to Hollywood - Relax You can't go wrong with a song that is completely about cumming. Bob Marley and the Wailers - Soul Party Shakedown This is my favorite Bob Marley song. I've yet to hear it at a backyard summer party but that is where it would shine. Even at a house party it is a slice of simple perfection Soul Coughing - Disseminated I played this song to death at parties. I think it is time to bring it back. I love dancing to it. Justin Timberlake featuring Pharrell Williams - Rock Your Body Again the women love Justin. And some of the boys… oh my! Vengaboys - The Vengabeat I love the bass in this song. ATB - KernKraft 400 (DJ Gius Live Remix) - Zombie Nation People will recognize this song from the ball park. Planet Soul - Set You Free If your crowd is in their thirties they will remember this song. Paul Simon - You can Call me Al Paul Simon - Diamonds on the Souls of her Shoes If my parents are still at the party when we change to dance music I put these two songs on. It gets my mom out on the floor. They are both really fun songs to dance to. Jem - Them (Remix) Here's another good late night dance song. It goes with the tired brain. Depeche Mode - Flexible (House Mix 2004) The song to begin with rule, but the dance mix makes it even better. A must have for any Depeche Mode fan. Rage Against the Machine - Killing in the Name There isn't a better song to get your angst out. Especially the last minute of the song. Scissor Sisters - Filthy / Gorgeous This is a very sexy song that could help you get laid. Trans X - Living on Video (L.O.V. 2005 Version) 80's with lasers, how can you go wrong? Donna Summer - I Feel Love (Patrick Cowely megamix) This is the 70's at their finest. Madonna - Like a Prayer The church Vibe works. Madonna offends again. God bless her. Tom Tom Club - Genius of Love The band members of the Talking Heads told David Byrne, "We can write a good song too. This song is just too cool. Will Smith - Getting Jiggy With It I can't take this song seriously. I think that is why it is so fun. Justin Timberlake - FutureSex / Love Sounds Justin singing about sex. You're getting some tonight. Tom Jones - Something for your Head When did Tom Jones turn black? TJ is in the house. In-Grid - You Promised Me - Extended Version This song has almost a polka feel to it. Why that works I don't know, maybe it's how sexy her voice is. DJ Miko - What's Up (4B's Mix) When I first started really hitting the clubs my circle of friends and I would scream this song and basically act like drunken fools. ATB - Can you Feel (Airplay Edit) / SQ-1 ATB - Weekend (Woody Van Eyden Radikal Remix) / Bad Habit Boys Fun techno songs Madonna - Erotica Madonna again - oh yes! Sex it up Madonna. Depeche Mode - Just Can't Get Enough I love this silly little song. It puts a smile on my face. Prince - Erotic City This is one of two songs I would dance to in High School.
