Conformably with the requirements of Letter of Instructions No. 317 and in support of the reorientation training program launched by the Civil Service Commission for rank and file enployees througbout the country. all Bureaus and Offices under this Department are hereby required to submit to the said Commission thru this Department a Report of all reorientation training under. taken by such bureaus and offices at the end of every course. This Order takes effect immediately,
