Network Control Group (NCG) • Monitors flight movements, enabling DHL to proactively notify customers in the event of flight delays or cancellations. • Its monitoring system also has a unique feature which proactively tracks all shipments along the delivery process. • The Hub NCG operates round the clock and is linked to the Asia Pacific Network Control Center (APNCC) in Hong Kong.

Asia Pacific Network Control Center (AP NCC) • Is situated in Hong Kong, the center of the Asia Pacific Network, operating 24 x 7 for real time management of DHL’s dedicated Air Network, • Planning and execution of contingency arrangements in the event of any incidents which disrupt our network • Real time capacity management on our network flights to ensure optimization while maintaining service performance

A 24 hours on-site customs hall helps to ensure swift clearance of shipments upon arrival.



In addition, with data sent to customs ahead of the actual shipment, clearance can be completed in advance, enabling quicker transfer to the final destination.

DHL’s Central Asia Hub received Class A certification from the Transport Asset Protection Association (TAPA), an independent organization that establishes and maintains best asset protection for the technology industry.



The Central Asia Hub is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system, including X-ray equipment, an access control system and about 220 CCTVs.
