The Challenge Prior to working with Diligent Consulting, AnMed Health assessed their facilities to find some daunting figures related to patient handling injuries: over $125,000 in costs for workers’ compensation in 2009, and nearly 60 work-related injuries in 2010. Looking to dramatically and efficiently reduce these numbers, the health system turned to ArjoHuntleigh and its Diligent team to help build lasting answers. The Solution Equipped with a guaranteed reduction in work-related injuries, the Diligent program was implemented at AnMed Health in October 2010.
