COMPANY PROFILE ITL Industries Limited was established in the year 1986 by young technocrats as a commercial tool room to design and manufacture Jigs, Fixtures and Press Tools specially to cater to India’s largest Electric Power Generation Equipment Manufacturer M/s. BHEL Group’s 8 Units operating all over India. In the year 1988 ITL introduced India’s first indigenously designed and manufactured Double Column Type Band Saw Machine. Today ITL is a leading “Affordable Metal Cutting Solution Provider” offering a wide range of Horizontal, Vertical and Special Purpose Band Saw Machines from 150mm to 2000mm cutting capacity with Semi Automatic, Automatic and CNC versions. In 2003, ITL emerged as a reliable designer and manufacturer of Equipments for manufacturing of ERW Tube / Pipe from 10 mm to 500mm dia. and Stainless Steel Tubes up to 200 mm dia. Mill speeds are offered up to 120 mt/min. Other supporting equipments like Slitters, Strip Accumulators, Fly Cut Off, Hydro-testers, Beveling machines, Threading machines, Galvanizing Plants are also manufactured as per the German Consultants’ designs. In the year 2004, ITL introduced India’s first indigenously designed and developed CNC Carbide Tip Circular Sawing Machine and displayed the same in EMO Show at Hannover, Germany in September 2005 & 2007 with very good global response. Tube \ Pipe Manufacturing Equipments Division :

1)

Equipments for production of Tube\Pipes & Metal Sections required for Precision tubes, Galvanized pipes, Black pipes and API Grade pipes like Tube Mills, Section Mills, Tube Straighteners, Cut off, Accumulators, Draw Benches, Swaging machines, Pointing & Finishing machines, Hydro testers, Bundling equipments etc.

C P Gupta Technical Advisor (Ex. CMD of M/s Technomac Engineers Ghaziabad—Leader in Pipe & Tube Equipment Manufacturer) is associated on full time basis with ITL.

B)

Metal Sawing Machine Manufacturing Division

1)

Design & Manufacturing of Horizontal type Metal Cutting Band Saw Machines with Manual, Semi-automatic, Fully automatic and NC versions.

2)

High Speed Vertical Type Metal Cutting Band Saw Machines including Plate saws and Tool Room applications machines.

3)

State of the art High Speed Power Hack Saw Machines in technical collaboration with M/s KASTO Maschinenbau GmbH, Germany with buy back arrangement.

4)

Special Purpose Sawing Machines for variety applications including Aluminium Slab & Billet cutting, Silicon Slab cutting, Graphite cutting, Nuclear Fuel cutting, Tyre-cutting etc 5) High Speed Circular Sawing Machine with CNC, Automatic and Semi Automatic versions to cut Steel and non ferrous Bars and sections from 10 mm to 300 mm.

Blade Division: As a leading supplier of Band Saw Blades and TCT Circular saws in India, ITL enjoys very special privileges from top Band-saw blade and Circular saw manufactures all around the world. ITL has invested a total of Rs. 21 million in infrastructure and two numbers of CNC Butt Welding Machine from IDEAL, Germany as well as VOLLMER, Germany make CNC re-sharpening machines for TCT saws.

Trading Division: 1) ITL is authorized distributor of Vickers System International Ltd. (Now EATON Fluid Power Corp.) for Hydraulic equipments & components for the State of Madhya Pradesh & Rajasthan. 2) ITL design, fabricate and assemble Hydraulic Power Packs and Skids for custom built applications.

LAND & BUILDING: ITL is located at Plot of approx. 4 Acres having covered area of about 108,000 square feet and additional land available for shed expansion approx. 44,000 square feet. To cater overseas requirements ITL has acquired additional land in Special Economic Zone and expects to start production by 2009.

MANPOWER: ITL have always considered its manpower as its key strength and ITL today employ a team of 52 Engineers, 80 workers and 61 executives to carry out Designing, Manufacturing, Marketing, Servicing and other Commercial functions.

DESIGN / DEVELOPMENT AND MANUFACTURING FACILITIES: The Engineering Team of ITL uses latest designing facilities with CAD / CAM and Solid design, Modelling and other software. The manufacturing includes right from the state of the art fabrication shop, best machine division, sub-assemblies, assemblies, painting, inspection and packing facilities.




MARKET & CUSTOMERS: ITL's list of customers reads like who’s-who of Indian Engineering Industry. All the major Steel Plants, Forging Industries, Defense Establishments, Railways Workshops, Bharat Heavy Electrical Units, Steel Tube Plants, Research Organizations like BARC, NFC, DMRL, ISRO, MIDHANI and HINDALCO etc. and Heavy Engineering Industries are the customers of ITL. ITL have also spread their wings in Export market with satisfied customers in USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East and South East Asia. In the past, ITL has designed, developed, manufactured, supplied, erecting and commissioned Tube Mill Plants and Exported to Singapore, Malaysia and South Africa. In addition, we have 16 installations with various capacities running successfully in India. Recently, the Company executed export orders of USD 1.55 million approx. (Rs.750.00 Lacs) to supply 3 Nos. STATOR BAR PRESSES to M/s. General Electric (G.E.) Co., USA. M/s. General Electric Company, USA is the world leader in manufacturing of Power Generation, Transportation, Engineering & Medical Investigation Equipments. This order was the first order to any Indian Company for supply of capital equipments.
