Under the direc=on of professional leadership trainers using proven coaching techniques, your team will experience greater personal and group awareness, a clearer understanding of boundaries, improved employee trust, posi=ve workplace outcomes and more expansive corporate culture. About the Horses The horses at the Ryan/Petrie farm are used for horse-‐human interac=on and educa=on, recrea=onal riding and improving the view. Each horse, similar to a work group, has its own place in the herd and is most successful when collabora=ng and working as a team.
