This House Party Route is the most in depth and takes a deep dive into Detroit’s Villages neighborhood on the East Side. Stops include the world-famous Heidelberg Project, 110-year old Pewabic Pottery, an historic Indian Village mansion and a newly remodeled riverfront condo.

Alden Towers

Headquartered in Denver, CO, Triton purchased the towers in August 2012. Since then, the company has invested heavily in the renovation and restoration of the property. Beginning with the East Jefferson Avenue-facing Tower A, the Triton team is implementing a phased overhaul that includes rehabilitation of the towers’ more than 380 residential units, on-site fitness and laundry centers, underground parking garage, expansive lobby and outdoor living spaces.
