Introduction
Women and women’s networks can play effective role in promoting behaviour change communication campaigns against terrorism in eastern Africa. Just as women’s networks have played critical roles in ushering peace and security; and executed effective behaviour change communication roles in mobilizing families, institutions, and communities to combat HIV/AIDS infections in Africa; they will do well to de-campaign the current terrorism networks and terrorists’ recruitments in eastern Africa. 07/11/2016

The mass media, community media, and IPC strategies enhance access public to terrorists’ recruitments early warning, detection, responses, preparedness, reporting, prevention, monitoring, evaluation, and management. Terrorists hit women most because of women of their role complex (multiple roles) the society. Most women (girls) became terrorism recruitments by deception, or force. 07/11/2016
