EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TICKET SALES
The Central Illinois Flying Aces, a member of the United States Hockey League, the nation’s premier development league for NCAA Division I and NHL players, are currently looking to expand their front office and sales department. POSITION SUMMARY As a member of the Flying Aces’ ticket sales staff, you will play a key role in generating new business revenue through full season ticket plans, partial ticket plans, group tickets and premium inventory via phone, face-to-face presentations and networking events. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES • Meet or exceed yearly goals for season ticket plans, partial season ticket plans and group tickets • Manage all facets of ticket operations, including working all Flying Aces home games (30 games + playoffs) • Generate leads via prospecting, networking, cold calls, business-related networking functions, Flying Aces games and other Aces-related business events • Maintain computerized records of all clients and prospects within Flying Aces’ CRM system • Develop and execute ticket sales campaigns • Lead renewal campaign efforts • Assist with other season and group ticket sales duties, as assigned ESSENTIAL SKILLS • Must possess a strong desire to help set the standard for the Flying Aces ticket sales department • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills • Ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, organized and enthusiastic individual who can work effectively as a member of a team • Strong work ethic and abililty to work well in a fast-paced environment EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • College degree or equivalent experience preferred. Ticketmaster background is strongly preferred but not required.
