Financial Hardship Policy:
Attorneys with an annual income of less than $40,000 are eligible for a tuition reduction: NPAP/NLG member attorneys, public defenders and non-profit attorneys:
Reduced fee $125
Other attorneys:
Reduced fee $150
To be considered for a financial hardship tuition reduction, please send a letter/email requesting a reduction of the fee and stating that your annual income is less than $40,000. The letter/email request has to be submitted together with your registration form to the NPAP office no later than five business day before the event.
Cancellation Policy:
