A and Fund. of Phys. B each require 3 completed and marked experiments in semester 1. A single Formal Report on one marked experiment from either Fund. of Phys. A or B is required in January (accompanied with a photocopy of the corresponding marked experimental log) . Electronics & Optoelectronics Laboratory requires sufficient completion of the given assignments. ii) Semester 1 Assessments in each of Fund. of Phys. A and B breaks down into: Online Tests (10%) + the written Week 12 Test (10%). iii) The precise breakdown of Pure & Applied Mathematics for Physics component called 'Continuous Assessment 2' was prescribed in that class - ask Dr GS McDonald if you need clarification.
