Fredericksburg Crime Report Monday, August 14, 2017
Burglary/ Breaking and Entering: Townsend Square Apartment Complex Clubhouse, 1100 Townsend Boulevard, 8/14, 2:00 a.m. A patrol officer responded for an alarm activation. Upon arrival, the patrol officer discovered that the front door to the complex was forced open. Additional units responded and no persons were located inside the clubhouse. Video surveillance shows that the suspect is a Hispanic male with dark hair and facial hair. He left the scene in an SUV, possible a Honda Pilot. The investigation is ongoing.
Motor Vehicle Theft: 200 block Brighton Square, 8/13, 7:30 a.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole her blue 2003 Honda Odyssey bearing Virginia license plate JSP HJLN. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Larceny: 800 block Brompton Street, 8/13, 10:30 a.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole a sign from his yard. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Larceny – Theft from Building: 7-11 Convenience Store, 3333 Fall Hill Avenue, 8/12, 11:00 p.m. A citizen reported that she placed her Samsung Galaxy S7 on the counter near the Slurpee machine and left the store. When she realized she had left her cell phone at the store, she returned to retrieve it and it was gone. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Larceny – Theft form Motor Vehicle: Mott’s Run Reservoir Recreation Area, 6600 River Road, 8/12, 3:30 p.m. A citizen reported that an unknown person entered her vehicle and stole her credit and debit cards that were left unsecured in the glove compartment. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Larceny – Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts: 200 block Lafayette Boulevard, 8/11, 5:30 p.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole both license plates from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time. A Nationally Accredited Law Enforcement Agency
Vehicle Tampering: 1600 block Sunken Road, 8/12, 8:00 a.m. Two City residents reported that an unknown person went through items in their unlocked vehicles. No items were missing from either vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Vandalism of Motor Vehicle: 400 block William Street, 8/11, 3:00 p.m. A citizen reported that an unknown person scratched her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Mitchell, Deborah Renee, 38, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault and battery family member. Morrissey, Kimberly Diane, 45, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of contempt of court. Montgomery, Kadeem Louis, 27, of Spotsylvania County was arrested on a charge of contempt of court. Smith, Adele Marie, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault and battery family member. Fincher, Stephanie Leah, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of public swearing or intoxication. Jones, Quinton Roberto, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of public swearing or intoxication. Fauntleroy, Michael Allen, 49, of Stafford County was arrested on a charge of contempt of court. Giggetts, Jeremiah Xzaviah, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. Holland, Phersephone Jerusah, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. Anthony, Leonard Howard III, 34, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a felony charge of intent to distribute marijuana.
