Originally from the Philadelphia area, his business background began as he received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Pennsylvania. Rubin further pursued education in Florida where he received his graduate degree from Lynn University. Though Rubin has embraced life in South Florida, he continues to be a big supporter of his hometown sports teams, including the Eagles, Flyers, 76ers and the Phillies. Also, a brandnew father, Rubin’s 13-week-old daughter has become his wife and his ultimate interest. As the Director of Sales, Marketing & Operations – Search Division, Rubin will support strategic initiatives for sales and client acquisition and work closely with the partners and the professional search recruiters to manage relationships across all industries. “We are excited to have Jarrett join our Sales and Marketing team.
