Salem Camp Meeting was founded in 1826 and is the oldest existing camp meeting in Mississippi. The camp meeting is a place of peace, where worship, reunion and spiritual renewal can be found. Families and friends return annually to stay for the week and participate in a variety of worship activities for children, young people and adults. Salem’s unique experience allows families an opportunity to re-engage their spiritual and personal lives according to the ‘plans God has for us’ (Jeremiah 29:11). For most, it is a time of spiritual and personal renewal and for all, a time to spend growing in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. If you are hungry for time with God and family, join us at Salem Camp Meeting. We have a seat reserved for you!
