Começou a cantar aos 16 anos e gravou o primeiro disco aos 23. Foi cantora residente no Casino do Estoril durante mais de 20 anos, representou Portugal na Eurovisão e é dela a voz Portuguesa de algumas das mais bonitas canções da Disney, gravou com as maiores vozes nacionais e com alguns dos seus maiores ídolos. Escreveu um livro que foi um sucesso de vendas e onde contou a sua história de vida e com o qual tantas, mas tantas mulheres se identificaram. Rita Guerra began singing when she was 16 and recorded her first album at 23. She had her residency at Casino Estoril for more than 20 years, represented Portugal at Eurovision, owns the Portuguese voice for some of the most beautiful Disney songs, and recorded albums with the greatest Portuguese singers, including some of her own idols. In her book, which flew off the shelves, she wrote about her life story to which many women could relate.

12/05 Armazém 33 O “Armazém 33” é um espaço que permite o jogo entre a realidade e o sonho. A vida de três fiéis de armazém é posta a descoberto, vista pelo microscópio, através da pantomima e da técnica da máscara. Os seus medos e anseios, as suas alegrias e conquistas revelam-se quando um acontecimento inesperado rompe a rotina das suas vidas. Os caminhos de cada um deles cruzam-se e as memórias daquilo que foi, do que poderia ter sido e a possibilidade do que poderá vir a ser enriquecem este universo fantástico, sedento de futuro. ‘Armazém 33’ is a space that houses the game between dream and reality. The lives of three warehouse supervisors are unveiled, seen through the microscope, through pantomime and masks. Their fears and desires, their joy and conquests are revealed when an unexpected event breaks their routines. Em “Antes que matem os elefantes” a coreógrafa Olga Roriz coloca em cena uma tragédia contemporânea: a cidade martirizada de Alepo, a face mais sangrenta da guerra civil na Síria. Crua e impiedosa, “Antes que matem os elefantes” recusa qualquer tipo de espectacularização ou consolo. E deixa-nos com uma incomodativa pergunta: o que podemos nós fazer aqui? In ‘Before the Elephants Get Killed’ the choreographer Olga Roriz stages a contemporary tragedy: the martyr city of Aleppo, the bloodiest face of the Syrian civil war. Raw and merciless, ‘Before the Elephants Get Killed’ refuses any type of spectacular or consolation. It leaves us with a disturbing question: what can we do here?

O Open de Portugal vai regressar em 2017 ao calendário do European Tour, a primeira divisão do golfe profissional Europeu, após uma ausência de sete anos, desde a vitória de Thomas Bjorn na Penha Longa em 2010. A data escolhida é muito importante no calendário do golfe profissional, uma vez que é o primeiro evento de 2017 em solo europeu. O Open de Portugal assume o formato de “dual ranking”, ou seja, conta simultaneamente para a Corrida para o Dubai (o ranking do European Tour) e para a Corrida para Omã (o ranking do Challenge Tour). Para além de atribuir pontos para o Mundial e para o ranking europeu da Ryder Cup. In 2017, Portugal Open is back to the European Tour, the first division of European professional golf, after a 7-year break since Thomas Bjorn’s victory in Penha Longa in 2010. The chosen date is very important in professional golf as it is the first event of the year on European ground. Portugal Open @ Morgado Golf Resort has a dual ranking format, which means that it counts both towards the Dubai Race (European Tour’s ranking) and Oman Race (Challenge Tour’s ranking). In addition, it also counts towards the world ranking the Ryder Cup’s European ranking.
