Who Will Blink? What if the Obamacare Exchange problem remains on January 1? The administration talks glitches. The tech people talk disasters, bad code, out-of-date equipment. The law requires people to be insured on January 1 or pay a tax. That means they must be enrolled by December 15. Obama plans to drive the uninsured and the insured public into the exchanges using the Exchangeʼs taxpayer-funded premium subsidies to soothe the sticker shock of Obamacare. But what if people canʼt get in? Or what if they think theyʼre in but they arenʼt? Or what if their payment never transferred? Obama refuses to delay the individual mandate. That means no delay in the uninsured penalty-tax. Who will blink January 1?
