How does capital spending vary by ward? This chart lists Chicago aldermen in the order of how often they vote in agreement with Mayor Emanuel from 2015-2017 along with actual CPS capital expenditure on facilities in their wards for FY13-17 and the CPS capital budget for FY18-19. The reasoning behind how CPS allocates capital spending and facility repair is not transparently available to the public.
