Abstract Purpose To evaluate the impact of age on treatmentrelated acute morbidity, on modiWcations of drug doses and radiotherapy and on disease-free and overall survival in non-elderly and elderly with high-risk cervical cancer treated with concurrent radiochemotherapy following laparoscopic surgery. Methods One hundred and two patients with high-risk FIGO I – IVA cervical cancer (77 non-elderly [
