These days, the need of high performance computing is increasing, as the amount of researches that need huge data processing is also increasing. Grid computing is a distributed computing type that separated by geographical boundaries, which resources can be used for large data processing and computing problems. Globus Toolkit is a grid computing middleware that mostly used by many institutions. It consist of GridFTP as data management, Globus Resource Allocation Manager (GRAM) as resource management, with Grid Security Infrastructure as the security framework. Gridsphere is the most popular web portal software developed by students at an institute in German. Vine Toolkit is developed to achieve a wide variety of web and grid standards. This final assignment purpose is to build a grid computing infrastructure consist of two cluster, a main cluster for production use, and an experimental cluster for users try to test their parallel application. Both clusters are connected to a portal. After the implementation has been finished, this grid computing infrastructure is tested by sending parallel job to both clusters. The result is those jobs are running properly. The ix
