ATS(Automatic Transfer Switch)

The improved AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) limits voltage fluctuation to a very low level and ensures smooth and steady output. Additionally, the AVR features built-in overload protection and will automatically shut off the output at 110% of rated load.

ATS continually monitors utility power and voltage/frequency fall below acceptable levels. It commands the generator to start automatically and connect generator power to the intended load. Once proper utility power is restored, the ATS stops the generator and reconnects utility power. The ATS has been designed to be installed either inside or outside the generator set.

Automatic Transfer Switches

KIPOR exclusive technology provides greater motor starting capability for large loads such as central air conditioners while still running other home appliances and electronics.

Kipor automatic transfer switches covering from 26A to 400A provide generating set with monitoring, starting, and load transfer functions for emergency, standby and optional standby applications. Kipor transfer switches are continuously rated, so they can be applied in applications up to their rating. Kipor automatic transfer switch control is reliable and easy to understand. Kipor automatic transfer switches require no routine contact maintenance and provide 100% continuous current ratings.

User-friendly Design Kipor sound weather proof canopy is designed and manufactured according to CE standard. The proof level of Kipor generating set is IP24. The lifting hook on the top of the canopy with the optional forklift hole on the base frame makes the transportation easier. The lid on both sides of canopy makes the maintenance easier. The control panel door will be locked easily to prevent the operating of improper persons. The main output is directly from the terminal in Kipor generating set. To give more convenience to the users, Kipor adds two single receptacles to each unit. Optional base fuel tank or external fuel tank will greatly extend the running time.

KP610 Controller Functions

KP610 controller is powered by 12/24V DC battery with auto and manual starting two modes. KP610 controller can excise the generating set automatically according to the schedule you set.

Complete Auxiliary Equipment System The generator set is installed with internal vibration damper, controller, starting system and auto-monitoring system, to form an integrated power system. The internal cushion is made of special rubber No need for additional cushion to connect and fix the base to ground.

Apply connection pole for generator set full power output ATS configuration option ATS dual-power auto-switch system, meeting the requirement of various situation, with automatic switch. ATS dual-power auto-switch system introduces the specialized dual-power switch with self-locker.

It integrates digital, intelligence, network technology and realizes the auto switch control between generator set and utility power. It also features auto start/shut down, data measurement, alarm protectiell as remote control functions, and in addition, functions like multi-level backup, multi-units parallel, multi-units parallel + ATS etc. With the compact configuration, easy wiring, simple manipulation and reliable operation, it can be widely used for various generator sets.
