The goal of this Club will be to maintain the students' level of French by reading, acting, preparing dictations, doing more complex grammar which they can handle, doing conjugation, studying extracts from books as well as poems, presenting a book review etc. Parents are welcome to attend this CCA. It is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
