The Second Act

This leading manufacturer and distributor of musical instruments for student, amateur and professional use’s business model revolves around the ability to have an instrument available in a music store’s inventory, when a musician needs it. This industry consists of many single-establishment entities; the hometown music shop. With that comes customer service and supply chain logistics challenges (opportunity, as discovered…) faced by any company supplying product outside of bulk channels.
