Case Study: • 11.9 year old female presented with 5 month history of back pain. • No family history of osteoporosis • Two recent forearm fractures following minor falls. • Lumbar lordosis on clinical examination • Early pubertal changes on presentation MRI spine: Extensive osteoporotic changes of entire spine with compression fractures of T12, L3 and T8
