Spring Clean Your Life By Sarah Vander Vloet
Have you heard about the trend sweeping the na#on? De-‐clu$ering and organizing goes well beyond our homes and into every facet of our lives. She star%ng bring in loads of stuff to the office… including an Local Market Update inpressive tea collec.on in which I certainly was happy to partake in. She * Sta$s$cs from London St. Thomas Real Estate Board shared with me how free and light she has started to feel as she has been Units Sold able to declu+er her spaces with ease. She even brought in sen7mental items (2 storey, bungalow, ranch, townhouse) like her mother’s tea pot that she wasn’t using and found a use for it at our Dec 602 Jan 503 Feb 723 office. More recently, a friend and client posted a photo of the book on Average List Price – Single Family instagram and wrote “Organizing is my therapy. When life gets Homes overwhelming, I know I can just open a drawer and take control over it.” December $268,409 January $285,162 February $291,140
Happy Mother’s Day!
Some%mes, I feel like my “stuff” is piling up around me like the %mes I buy a few new things but have no hangers le2 in the closet or clean out my home office closet and learn that I have more post-‐it notes than Staples Office Supply store. I am dedicated to Spring Cleaning my life this Spring and to declu&er as many things as I can. I started this week with my email. I have gone through and unsubscibed from everything (including all the stores that I blindly gave my email address to at the checkout… who needs that tempata&on everyday anyways!) So, I challenge us all to pick up this book and start working on organzing and .dying up our lives.
“When we really delve into the reasons for why we can’t let something go, there are only two: an attachment to the past or a fear for the future.” ~ Marie Kondo
