Turn DOLE Lemon Soft Serve into a whole new flavor with these simple premix ideas.

with a twist

Strawberry Lemonade 1. Fill a clean DOLE mixing bucket to one-gallon line with cold tap water. 2. Add one Frostline Strawberry Flavor Packet (F140) to water while stirring with a wire whisk. 3. Whisk in the contents of one bag of DOLE Lemon Soft Serve Mix until mix is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. 4. Add cold water to bring the mixture to the two-gallon line and stir well. 5. Immediately pour the mixture into your soft serve machine.

Arnold Palmer 1. Fill a clean DOLE mixing bucket to one-gallon line with prepared, unsweetened iced tea. 2. Whisk in the contents of one bag of DOLE Lemon Soft Serve Mix until mix is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. 3. Add cold water to bring the mixture to the two-gallon line and stir well. 4. Immediately pour the mixture into your soft serve machine.

Lemon Ginger Sparkle 1. Fill a clean DOLE mixing bucket to one-gallon line with ginger ale. 2. Whisk in the contents of one bag of DOLE Lemon Soft Serve Mix until mix is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.

3. Add cold water to bring the mixture to the two-gallon line and stir well. 4. Immediately pour the mixture into your soft serve machine.

Lemonita 1. Put 375 ml of tequila in a clean DOLE mixing bucket. 2. Add ½ cup triple sec liqueur. 3. Add water to the bucket to bring liquid to the one-gallon line. 4. Whisk in the contents of one bag of DOLE Lemon Soft Serve Mix until mix is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. 5. Add additional cold water to bring the mixture to the two-gallon line and stir well. 6. Immediately pour the mixture into your soft serve machine. *Serve in a salt-rimmed margarita glass, top with a light sprinkle of margarita salt and garnish with a lime wedge.

Whiskey Sour

1. Put 2 cups whiskey in a clean DOLE mixing bucket.



2. Add water to the bucket to bring liquid to the one-gallon line.

3. Whisk in the contents of one bag of DOLE Lemon Soft Serve Mix until mix is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. 4. Add additional cold water to bring the mixture to the two-gallon line and stir well. 5. Vodka-Infused Hard Lemon Soft Serve 1. Put 750 ml of vodka in a clean DOLE mixing bucket. 2. Add water to the bucket to bring liquid to the one-gallon line. 3. Whisk in the contents of one bag of DOLE Lemon Soft Serve Mix until mix is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. 4. Add additional cold water to bring the mixture to the two-gallon line and stir well. 5. Immediately pour the mixture into your soft serve machine.

Lemon Float 1. Prepare DOLE Lemon Soft Serve as directed. 2. Place 6 oz. serving of prepared Lemon Soft Serve in a glass. 3. Pour 4 oz. lemon lime soda, such as Sprite or 7-Up, over top. 4. Serve with a straw!

Coconutty Lemondrop 1. Prepare DOLE Lemon Soft Serve as directed. 2. Place 4 oz. serving of prepared Lemon Soft Serve in a serving dish. 3. Top with about 1 oz. of toasted coconut flakes.
