FAQs Can I call coworkers through Lua? Yes, Lua provides numerous ways for you to call individual coworkers, as well as groups and entire departments. From the interactive directory, you can call any number of coworkers within two touches. You can also quickly jump on the phone from within a message, directly initiating a conference call with all members of the conversation. Lua also allows you to jump on the phone directly from your list of ongoing message conversation, within two touches.

What type of mobile devices can use the VoIP calling feature on Lua? Any registered Lua user with an Android or iOS device and a data or wifi connection can make and receive calls with other Lua users. However with VoIP you no longer need a unique phone number ( just an internet connection). Cellular calls require a number.

Do I need to provide coworkers with dial-ins or passcodes to initiate a conference call? No, Lua allows you to instantly initiate a conference call with as many co-workers as necessary, without needing to circulate call information beforehand. All participants will receive an immediate notification to join the conference call and will know exactly which user initiated the call.

Can I still make cellular calls through Lua? Yes, provided you have a unique phone number you can still make and receive cellular calls with users who also have a number registered. The VoIP features now means you can make calls to those who do not have a phone number, or when in a cellular dead zone.
