ABSTRACT: A cadaver is an essential part of medical education. Cadaver is not tool or equipment; He was a living human being, who gives us an opportunity to learn. We should respect him and be grateful. He is first and silent teacher of a medical student. We tried to give honest tribute to cadaver. Hi! I am cadaver… Don’t be scared of me, I am here for you only. Don’t be scared of the smell… its formalin, you will be used to it. Know me well so that you could know the most amazing machine created by the god, the human being, Know me well so that you could know the suffering, Know me well so that you could know the disease, What are you thinking?...About death! Yes, I am here to tell you about death also….the eternal truth I am here to tell you - we are born empty hands, we die empty hands, The last ritual is for the death… we are either burnt or sleep in earth, But I prefer to be here or it was my destiny to help you in gaining the knowledge, I saw the suffering while I lived, I don’t want people to suffer, Keep me well while you study, I want others also to gain the knowledge, All the best for your future to serve the humanity May god bless you.
