Tools to Boost Mental Performance •

• • •

• •

Do what you can to create a trusting, connected work environment. Set aside e-mail until you’ve completed at least 1 important task. Slow down when you feel overwhelmed. Take a break every hour by moving, drinking a glass of water, listening to some music. Break large tasks into smaller ones. Limit screen time: set alarms to notify you when it’s time to take a performance break.
