Cambridge PLAN BAZAAR

The annual Christmas in July ba-. zaar of Cambridge Valley chapter OES will be held on Saturday, July 18, at the Hotel Cambridge beginning at 1 p.m. There will be booths on the side porch of the hospital featuring food, aprons, handicrafts. An afghan made by Mrs. Pauline Brownell will be awarded. Tickets for the afghan are available from members of the chapter and at the Charles A. Ackley and Strouts' stores. Mrs. Valeria Moeller, matron, is general chairman. Mrs. Dorothy Johansen is chairman of the foctv booth, assisted by Mesdames Anna Rehn, Nelma McLenithan, Yolanda English and Edith Dering. Others working at the bazaar are Mrs. Pauline Brownell and Mrs. Helen Robertson, aprons; and Mrs. Grace Parrish and Mrs. Marjorie Brigham, handicrafts. STRAWBERRY

FESTIVAL

The annual strawberry festival will be held Saturday evening from 5-8 p.m. on the lawn of St. Patrick's church, sponsored by Court Leonard, Catholic Daughters of America, the Sacred Heart sodality of the church and the Holy Name society. Proceeds will go to the parish fund.
